Just stayed at a hotel in Georgetown for an assignment. The breakfast was a 10! Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. Room was clean and comfortable. Would pick it again. Surpassed the photos! Cheers!

I appreciated the clean room and great location near Georgetown and the metro. The helpful male staff member stood out positively. However, the lack of reservation clarity and unforeseen incidental charges overshadowed these positives. A heads-up for all guests to check for room functionality before settling in.

The hotel's location is ace, being close to the attractions and surrounded by plenty of shops and eateries. Our room at the hotel was spot on and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed. Michael at reception was top-notch - he made sure all guests were looked after! Wish they sort out that pesky elevator situation, though, had to wait a fair bit for it. Overall, great spot for a comfy and hassle-free stay! 🌟

During my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/Georgetown Area, I was impressed by the immaculate rooms, excellent service from Michael at the front desk, and convenient location near restaurants and attractions. However, the unexpected valet fee and lackluster check-out experience were disappointing. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my overall stay.

The hotel had some drawbacks like elevator wait times, lack of USB ports, and difficulty finding the building. However, the onsite restaurant was good. Parking was misleading, leading us to park elsewhere. Despite loud sirens, the room was well-equipped with a view, microwave, and branded toiletries. The lobby and hallways had unpleasant odors, but the exceptional staff made up for it.

Everything. The swimming pool is small but it has the merit to exist and can be enough to cool down a little after a day's walk under 30 degrees Celsius.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is worth 20 dollars, which is a bit excessive.

Convenient location. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Delicious dessert bars. Well-appointed room with lots of seating and everything in working order. Great gym equipment. Rooftop pool and patio with a lovely breeze.

There is no more information about tours and how to get to tourist places. Improve the cleaning, the first day one of the pillows was stained and I had a paper on the floor of the room that stayed there all week

location is perfect for visiting Washington, D. C. 10-minute walk from 2 subway stations. nearby Dupont Circle area is very lively and has plenty of restaurants. beds are comfortable and bedding is very clean. room service was impeccable.

The fridge was a little noisy but we were able to unplug it. We were on the courtyard side, so it seemed to be the ideal place, but there was an emergency generator that ran at night and made a slight permanent background noise (temporary situation I guess). This did not prevent us from sleeping and we did not ask to change rooms.

During our visit to Washington D.C. , we chose this hotel for its great location and proximity to various attractions. The service was excellent, with the staff accommodating a late checkout for us. Despite minor inconveniences like the reservation deposit amount discrepancy and a mishap with the room temperature, the hotel promptly rectified the issues. There was a mix-up with our reservation and it was deleted without notice or reimbursement. the hotel seemed untrustworthy and there was no manager on duty to handle the situation.

Located in a charming area with great restaurants and easy access to public transport and sightseeing. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the service we received from the staff was exceptional. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a nice restaurant.

The pool was smaller than expected, and on occasion, some staff members did not acknowledge guests.

The rooms were not ready at our arrival the car park was not available in the rooms . the reservation did not correspond to the rooms allocated 4 places instead of the 5 requested.

The hotel's location made it easy for us to access these attractions and create unforgettable memories together. My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered a kids' play area, giving parents a chance to relax while the children have fun.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. The service from the staff was top-notch and their responsiveness to our inquiries was excellent. The rooftop pool was a great bonus, although not as large as expected, it was clean and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas.

The staff gave us maps, event schedules, and bus schedules, which was very helpful. The rooms were clean and ready upon check-in, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was separate from the sleeping area, which was convenient.
